Connecticut State Police troopers are investigating a strange incident that unfolded recently involving a pregnant woman and a suspicious lurking man.
At approximately noon on June 8, troopers from Connecticut State Police Troop F in Westbrook were dispatched to a Dublin Hills home in Haddam, where there was a report from the homeowner of a woman who attempted to enter the residence without consent.
The homeowner reported to police that the woman, an African American female who appeared to be pregnant, came to the door and asked for water. The woman then attempted to enter the residence before the homeowner forced her out.
Police said that after being forced out of the home, the woman got into a tan sedan operated by an alleged African American man and drove north on Dublin Hill Road.
Shortly after the woman left, the complainant’s next door neighbor captured a man on surveillance video, which was released by State Police on Friday, walking around their property.
Anyone who has information regarding the suspicious suspect, or who recognizes him has been asked to contact Connecticut State Police Troop F by calling (860) 399-2100.
